We understand that plans can change, but please note that Cancellations made more than 24 hours after order confirmation, a Administration fee of €25 will be charged.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming the Status of your refund report.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be made within 10 working days to the payment method originally used.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund:

Reduced items / discontinued items
Please notice that reduced products and discontinued item non-refundable Refunds are only valid for regular-priced items.

Shipping & Tracking
All orders are sent by Courier service After shipping you will receive a Tracking number by email or SMS.
Customs & import duties
The buyer is responsible for:
